Hotel Reservation/Room Block Poaching Warning
Rosen Shingle Creek and Rosen Centre Hotels are the only official hotels affiliated with the 2018 Forum in Orlando. We do not use any third party housing companies. If you receive solicitations from other vendors about hotel rooms or hotel reservations for the AIR Forum, please do not provide them your personal information, especially your credit card number. If you cooperate with them, your credit card may be charged and you may not have a hotel room when you arrive at your destination. These vendors, commonly known as “room block pirates” or “poachers” may use our name and/or logo without our consent. Only use the dedicated reservation link on the Forum Hotel & Travel web page or the phone number provided to make reservations for the AIR Forum. If you are contacted by one of these vendors, please obtain as much information from them as you can, and alert us immediately at email@example.com or by calling the Director of Conference Services at 850-391-6668.
Put together a trade show survival kit to include in your freight or carry with you, including:

Remember to keep the conversations about your product in your exhibit space. Suitcasing, the act of soliciting business in the aisles during the exhibition or in other public spaces, including another company’s booth or a hotel lobby, is prohibited.
During move in and move out individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from being on or around the show floor. Show sites during these times are like a construction zone and considered to be hazardous. OSHA regulations prohibit minors from being present in a hazardous work environment. Only sponsors with an exhibit hall access card may enter the hall during these times.
