Sponsorship Information

The 2017 AIR Forum in Washington, DC is your opportunity to meet over 1,900 higher education professionals from around the world looking for the latest advancements in technology, techniques, and services that support institutional research. AIR Forum Sponsors receive high visibility and exposure through the AIR website, Exhibit Hall, and a wide range of printed materials and signage. Sponsorships are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Diamond Sponsor receives:

The Island booth will be placed in a prime location of the exhibit hall, typically near the entrance.
A sponsor representative registration is equivalent to a Forum attendee registration. Sponsor representatives may attend all meal functions, general sessions, and concurrent sessions. Additional representatives are $375 per person. Only 5 additional representative registrations can be purchased at the discounted rate, all others should be processed as a Forum registrant.
One piece of promotional material to be included in conference bag distributed to all Forum attendees (2,000 pieces).

Speaker Sessions (45 minutes, one-to-three presenters)

  • Share innovative applications, research, practices, and professional work products in IR, assessment, planning, and other data-centered functions.
  • Room Setup and Technology: Speaker Sessions will be set-up in theater style seating with standard audio/visual including: Materials Table, Podium, Microphone, Projector, Screen, and VGA projection cable. Internet access and presentation computers are not provided.

Discussion Groups (45 minutes, one-to three co-leaders)

  • Highly interactive small group discussions focused on a current topic or issue in the field. Three to five questions must be submitted to provide structure for the discussion
  • Room Setup and Technology: Each Discussion Group will be scheduled at a pre-assigned round table in a large meeting room along with other Discussion Groups. Audio/visual support and Internet access is not provided. A flip chart and markers may be requested.
Both the early registration and final attendee mailing list. Includes physical mailing addresses only; email addresses not provided or available.
One meeting room will be reserved for the Diamond and Platinum Sponsors to use for private business meetings. Reservations to use the room will be handled on a first come first served basis.

Platinum sponsors have first choice in booth selection and can pick any two adjoining booths.
