Ready to Register?

Attending the AIR annual conference is an exclusive AIR benefit for members holding a 2012-2013 membership. Whether you are new to AIR or a continuing or returning member, the registration process will take just a few minutes to complete.

MEMBERSHIP TYPES:

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP ($125) allows individuals to purchase an AIR membership and maintain that membership for the entire membership year (July 1, 2012 – June 30, 2013), even if the member moves or changes employers. The individual is the owner of the membership, not the employer.

ORGANIZATIONAL MEMBERSHIP ($125) allows an organization to purchase a single AIR membership for an employee. The organization owns the membership for the entire membership year (July 1, 2012 – June 30, 2013) and can transfer it to another employee if the member leaves the organization. There is no charge to transfer the membership, and an organization may purchase as many memberships as desired.

GRADUATE STUDENT MEMBERSHIP ($30) is a discounted individual membership for students who are both enrolled in graduate study and not employed full-time. Graduate students are not eligible to vote or hold office.

EMERITUS and DISTINGUISHED MEMBERSHIP (fee waived) is for long-standing members who have been awarded special recognition because of their contributions to the field of IR.

FORUM REGISTRATION FEES:

Register early to receive a discounted registration rate:

  • Early Bird Registration is $305.00 and available until February 29, 2012.
  • Advanced Registration is $320.00 and available from March 1 - April 19, 2012.
  • Regular Registration is $350.00 and available after April 20, 2012 and on-site at the Forum.
  • Graduate Student Registration is $110.00.
  • Emeritus or Distinguished Registration is waived.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AIR Executive Office by Friday, May 18, 2012. Cancellation requests after May 18, 2012 will not be eligible for a refund or forgiveness of amount due. Cancellation requests can be faxed (850-385-5180) or emailed (air@airweb.org). AIR Membership cannot be canceled. Approved refunds will be processed four to six weeks after the conference.
