Network with IR experts and newcomers during this informal meet and greet. Mentors
introduce mentees to the Association and the field of IR. Complete the Mentor/Mentee
Sign-Up Form to indicate your interest in participating. Newcomers are encouraged
to attend.
- Opening Reception
6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Network with colleagues in the Exhibit Hall immediately after the Opening Plenary
Session. Exhibitors will be on hand to share information on the latest products
and services that can improve the effectiveness of your office and the performance
of your institution. Refreshments and heavy hors d'œuvres will be served (cash bar
available).

Meet with AIR Board Members and experienced IR professionals to learn more about
how AIR can help you develop the skills needed to succeed in the field. The availability
of funding to support graduate student participation in professional development
and doctoral research will also be discussed.
- Monday Evening Receptions
6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Attend one or more of the hosted receptions to meet new colleagues, learn more about
the latest products and services available from our exhibitors, and get involved
in a Special Interest Group (SIG) or an AIR Affiliated Group.

Join Jim Trainer (President), Rob Toutkoushian (Immediate Past President), and Jennifer
Brown (Vice President) for the Duckwall Scholarship Dinner and Celebration. Proceeds
from this event benefit the Julia M. Duckwall Scholarship Fund which facilitates
the professional growth and development of individuals who work in institutional
research and related fields.
Named in honor of the late Julia Duckwall, prominent member and board member, the
scholarship is awarded in the spirit of her tireless passion for advancing the field
of institutional research. Tickets are available through the online
Forum registration system or by calling (850) 385-4155. If you are unable
to attend the dinner you may make a donation to the Julia M. Duckwall Scholarship
Fund here.
